With 14 years of experience in the software industry, focusing on the user experience and project management, Neal is uniquely suited to aligning Replicare AI solutions to customer needs.  

Principal Investigator and Director of Synapse Autism program at Mass General Hospital, Principal Investigator and Attending Physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Assistant Professor of Harvard Medical School. She leads an Autism research team, focusing on ASD microbiome and genomic study, biomarkers, autonomic dysfunction, eye-tracking, and brain imaging; this research aims to better understand the etiology and improve early detection and treatment of ASD.  Dr. Kong has also filed six patents as inventor.
